Founded by Dr. Mariam Al-Laith, Laith Consultancy combines strategic insight with deep expertise in clinical trial operations to support biotech start-ups and global life science organizations in driving sustainable growth, expanding their reach, and forming impactful collaborations.
Dr. Al-Laith brings over 30 years of experience spanning academic research, clinical operations, and leadership. She holds a BSc (Hons) in Chemistry and a PhD in Immunopharmacology from University College London (UCL). Following research fellowships at the University of Cambridge and the Institut Pasteur in Paris, she transitioned into clinical research management, where she led a major international Phase II CTIMP trial at King’s College London.In 2020, Dr. Al-Laith joined the MSK Lab, managing a portfolio of national and international industry-sponsored studies. Her leadership is distinguished by a commitment to operational excellence, regulatory integrity, and patient-centered innovation, principles that continue to define Laith Consultancy’s global partnerships.
